How much is delivery?
In Kigali it is 1,000 to 3,000 RWF depending on how far you are. To the provinces it is 1,500 RWF to your bus station. Pick up at Nyabugogo yourself is free.
How do I pay?
We confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone first, then agree how you pay. Nothing is charged on the website.
How do I know my order went through?
After checkout we show you an order number. Keep it - you can enter it with your phone number on the track order page at any time.
How long does delivery take?
We contact you the same day during opening hours to confirm stock and agree a time. Ask for urgent delivery if you need it quickly.
What if the wig has a defect?
For online purchases we offer a 48-hour replacement or refund if the item arrives with a defect. Contact us as soon as you notice it.
Can I order a style you do not have?
Yes. Use the customize order page to describe what you want, and we will tell you what is possible.
